DCOM Configuration

When I go into the DCOM config page and choose component
services it shows "MY Computer" with as being down with a
Red Arrow pointing down on the icon for My computer. What
does this mean and How can I make sure DCOM/Component
service are working properly.

I am logged on as Administrator and type dcomcnfg at the
command line... Thanks in advance for any help.
