Annoying popups

This one, for the grey box pop ups, is easy to fix.
Click on Start Menu - Admin Tools - Services.
Scroll down to "Messenger" (This is not MSN or Windows
Messenger).
Right click on the Messenger line, STOP the service and
select "Disabled" from the drop down menu in the middle.
This version of Messenger is a back door for Network
Administrators to send pop up messages to users. This is
how those annoying grey pop ups are getting in.
