Guest accounts can't dial or hang-up Internet connections. Either switch
to always-on broadband or create a Limited Account for guest Internet
access.
Yes, yes, I know it's stupid, especially since the Help files say you
can use Guest for Internet access. Everyone at Microsoft forgot long ago
that other people still use dial-up.
