unwanted programs loading at startup

Everytime I start a WinXp session a certain program loads
in the systray. How can I stop the program from loading?

In Win 98 we were able to disable all startup programs
using a utility called winconfig. Is there anything
similar to this in XP?

dont want it removed ... just get it out of systray
