Walter;
Do you have access to another Administrator account?
If so, login using that Administrator account.
Go to User Accounts in Control Panel.
Select the profile "someone" created.
Select Delete/change password as desired, or delete profile if desired
(after determining there are no important data within).
You should tightly control all Administrators.
There are far worse things that can be done with Administrator access.
All Administrators including the Safe Mode Administrator should have
passwords.
Remember Any Administrator can do and undo anything any Administrator
can do.
Take precautions to protect and not lose the password.
