Bad news is like snakes. It always comes in pairs. See the link

You should not do things just because you can. Some things are
irreversible. Do you have administrator rights in your user
account. If you disabled the Administrator from that account you
must have had administrator at that time unless you changed your
account to a limited account after the faux pas. Without
administrator rights, you cannot install programs, do housekeeping,
create new accounts or setup networks.
