Once you've created at least one other administrator account, the original
"administrator" account is hidden from the login screen as its ideally only
supposed to be used as an emergency "back door" if you have trouble logging
on with your normal accounts.

Press CTRL-ALT-DEL twice at the login welcome screen to change to a more
traditional "type your username and password" kind of login screen at which
point you can type in "administrator" for the username and log in that way.
