Registry is unalterable, says see Admin, I AM ADMIN

Norton doesn't detect alot of things. Took another
security program to detect some viruses on my computer.
Also, some viruses are smart enough to disenable Norton.

I am not a proponent of reinstalling windows as this is
your base configuration. But if you don't have much on
your computer, it may not be a bad thing to do, but have a
technical person do it.

I need a new winexec file from home edition XP. You are
not in Oregon are you?
