Messenger

I do not use Messenger and I keep getting pop ups

Example Messageblocker.com and many others.

I followed the directions to BLOCK ALL and I still got
messages. So I uninstall messenger completely. Now I get
an error (messenger not loaded, but I understand the
error, I uninstalled it) BUT I STILL GET MESSENGES.

I HATE thing that pop up I don't want or did't ask for.
