You should have the norton file downloaded on the computer, probably
in whatever default location is set. Just try to download any file and
see what directory it goes to. If you can't find the norton file
there, check your email receipt, as they usually give you instructions
on how to download it again for free.
As for NIS 2003,. you should be able to turn off the firewall.
Is it NIS or XP that is asking for the supervisor?
You should also check XP to make sure the built-in firewall is off. I
think you can go to the network settings screen, right click on your
internet connection icon, and check the properties for the firewall
setting.
