Problems with admin account

I recently tried a way of accessing the administrator
account on winxp home posted by Bruce Chambers, however
it didnt work probly.
The tweakui program didnt have an option in it to allow
administrator account to be shown, and the regedit
application didnt work either. Does neone have anymore
insights on how to access the administrator account on
winxp home???
