I recently bought an XP upgrade and installed/activated
it on my desktop. I thought I might be able to use the
same upgrade CD to place XP on my laptop, however I ran
into a problem when I tried to activate it. Since the
ugrade is already installed on my laptop, is there a way
I can still activate by buying the ugrade now? My
objective is to avoid uninstalling XP from my laptop and
then having to re-install it again just to fulfill
activation requirements.
