Is this supposed to be there?

I was just wondering that is this following supposed to
be in Documents and Setting in my username folder? The
file is called .plugin141_02.trace and itīs a Trace file.

I have several users on my computer, but it doesnīt
excist on those username folder.

Can it be a security problem?
