Windows XP Pro Services & Processes

I have recently upgraded my system and made a fresh install of Windows XP
Pro. As you can see below there are quite a lot of processes running, can
anyone give me any info on any of these processes in particular SAgent)and
can any of these be stopped in order to improve perfomance. Many thanks in
