Yes, but that is not what you originally stated. Or at least the way I read
it. Sorry, if I misunderstood you. It does happen to the best of us. :o(
You can auto-logon to any account you prefer without needing a password
without TweakUI.
1. Go to Start/Run and type in: control userpasswords2 and press ok.
2. On the Users tab, clear the Users Must Enter A User Name And Password To
Use This Computer check box and then click OK.
3. In the Automatically Log On dialog box that appears, type the user name
and password for the account you want to be logged on each time you start
your computer.
Add Control UserPasswords2 to the Control Panel (Line 1)

To access the Powertoy, use the Windows key and then the Q key. Your user
names that are currently logged on will pop up one at time. When your user
name appears, release the Q key and enter your password to access your
regular XP setup.
