Hi Lionel,
Thanks for the info. I used task manager to find the
process when the pop-ups appear and it was CSRSS.EXE.
I'm *really* frustrated with these things. I have not
knowingly installed/downloaded any ad-ware. I have
disabled the windows Messenger App. When you say stop the
service, what exactly does that mean. I am not subscribed
to any. I do have a firewall.
