Thanks Jim and Lasse

We had McAffe Firewall installed long ago but currently
it is disabled. We also disabled the XP Firewall.

On the Tools/Internet Options..../Custom/Downloads/
everything is ENABLED.

Any ideas on what might be blocking the
downloads/preventing the computer from finding the sites
are much appreciated.
