Limited Account Users Can't Connect to Internet - XP

Since I downloaded IE V6 my two Limited Account users
cannot access the Internet. Not a problem for the
Administrator. For now, I've changed their accounts to
Administrators to enable their access. This is a
temporary solution. Any ideas how to fix this?
