Is your child an administrative user or a normal user?
If your child is an administrator, you really can't.
If he's a normal user then there are a couple of ways:
1. Set a deny ACE for that user account on c:\program files\internet
explorer\iexplore.exe. (DO NOT SET A DENY ACE FOR A GROUP- only for your
son's user account)
2. Use Software Restriction Policies to create an additional path rule to
c:\program files\internet explorer, disallowing access. Change the SRP
enforcement policy to apply SRP to all users except local administrators.
Reboot for changes to take effect.
More information about each of these tasks is in Help & Support.
