File Associations

Hi all

I need to change the file association for .WAV's so that
they open with some dictation software rather than media
player. Obviously as admin there's no problem, but for
the domain user the option to edit the program used is
unavailable in the 'File Types' dialogue box.

The thing that's really bugging me is that I setup an
identical workstation yesterday, and that user has no
problem in changing the file association, so I'm assuming
it's something I forgot to do this time around but I
really can't think of what needs to be changed.

Any help greatly appreciated before I go nuts.
