I'm assuming the Accounts were deleted through the User
Accounts. In this case if you selected to keep files, then
Windows copies certain parts of the user's profile,
specifically files and folders stored on the desktop and
in the My Documents folder to a folder on your desktop
where they become part of your profile and remain under
your control. All the rest will be deleted such as e-mail
messages and other data stored in the Application Data
folder, Internet favourites and settings stored in the
registry.
Therefore look for a folder on your desktop.
