Dorothy;
Are there any users that have Administrator access?
If so, login as one of them.
Then go to User Accounts in Control Panel.
Select your limited User.
Then select "Change the account type"
Select Administrator at the top.

If no Administrator:
Reboot, press F8 about once a second.
At menu choose Safe Mode.
Select Administrator.
Then go to User Accounts as stated above.
