XP with checkpoint secureRemote NG

Does anyone know of any issues with XP and SecureRemote NG
from checkpoint?

I have several remote users that require to vpn into
network through checkpoint firewall and although win2000
clients can access the network, exchange etc. All XP users
are unable to access anything despite being authenticated.

When the software is installed the users experience long
logon times to the network when in the office.
