net use to network printer via login script

Yes, you create the connection locally with the net use
command. Create a batch file or just type it in the cmd
line after startup.

You'll have the assigned printer and the one you gave
yourself. You'll need the ip of the printer or if shared
like in a peer to peer just the share name.
