wininetd.exe file infected by Trojan Horse Virus

My wininetd.exe file in windows/32system has been
infected with a Trojan Horse Virus that tries to access
the internet. I've blocked the access but have no idea
how to repair the file. My Norton antivirus program
can't repair the file.
