You use the Adminpak.msi from Windows Server 2003 - available from the
download site
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=c16ae515-c8f4-47ef-a1e4-a8dcbacff8e3&DisplayLang=en
and then right click and select Install
This will insatll all the AD and other admin tools to your Windows XP
desktop machine
