After restoring files from a backup that i made, one of
the folders that came out of the archive has zero bytes
and can't be deleted. I thought this might have
something to do with permissions, but even the
administrator account can't delete the empty folder.
Sometimes after deleting files, WindowsXP takes a couple
of seconds to refresh the contents of a folder and if you
try to select an icon of a file that you've just
instructed windows to delete, it will give this type of
error, until Windows catches up and the icon dissapears.
I think that the problem i'm having with this zero byte
folder might be something of a file error, rather than a
case of NTFS security preventing the action (the folder
was archived by me using Backup, and restored using
backup). Any ideas on what i should do next?
