Generally Windows is shuting down automatically because of
a Memory Error but in your case it is giving the message
in event viewer related with netbt.
Just try this method.
What you do remove the Network Card from your PC and then
observer the PC weather it is happening or not.
if it was not happening then replace the network card if
happening the let us know by mail with full view of
problem.
