Undeliverable email

I have just purchased with a new Dell with Windows XP. In
Outlook, I am unable to send messages to others in
corporate environments as I am receiving the meswsage
below. I am a solo home user and not part of a newtwork
but may have set myself up as a network unknowingly
during the initial setup process.

Undeliverable message:

550 relaying to <recipient's e-mail address> is
prohibited by administrator
