windows xp accessbility problem in domain network

I have network of 125 machines running windows xp professional. All the
machines are connected to the domain with administrator account. When i try
to connect any computer it shows me user account and password screen to
input user acccount and password and when i do so i get log on unsuccesful
error. All the machines have same accoount name and same password , infact
i log in with administrator account on domain.which has maximum priviliges.
Now to solve the problem i just log off and log in to the same account and
now i can connect to any computer. And even after 15 to 30 minutes i again
face the same problem on same pc[can't access the pc ] Anybody please help
me out to find me out the solution for this serious problem.
