Hi Kath, you should have a restore point for the windows update
installations - Restoring to the most recent point will reset indications
the patch isinstalled on your system, so you will be able to download &
install again. After a restore, the A/R programs list will no longer show
the restored patch. Since these are critical updates (security fixes)
you've downloaded and installed, I might suggest you peel them back one at a
time to find the source of the problem vs restoring to a point before any
were installed. Would like to hear back from you on your results-
