Control Logon Account List:
To force XP to show (or not) an account on the Welcome Screen
using TweakUI and other tools or by editing the registry at
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList
add the account name to the list if not present and
set it to 1 to force display or to 0 to force hiding
