Redirected on Internet Explorer

Whenever I click on a link on a web page I am redirected
to a page that I have never seen and can't get past.
There are some pages that I can't open initially either
and get this same result. The page is
http://updates.searchmadesafe.net/404php . I have tried
everything to get rid of this with no success. Please
help.
