Couldn't get 331953 to reload after a restore operation
several days ago (see my q331953 query this newsgroup).
Many thanks to Torgeir Bakken (MVP) of Porsgrunn, Norway
who in responding to another inquirer (also see) pointed
the way to a fix. He adds that this fix, originally
designed for SP1, may work for certain other catroot
problems. It sure worked for this one. Makes me feel
good about my Norske roots (2nd generation South Dakotan
now exiled in Texas).
