If you have an asus motherboard, that is probably the motherboard monitoring
driver. It appears from the errors that it needs Admin rights to run.
Check with Asus for an update to the driver. If none is available and you
absolutely can't live with clearing the pop-ups when you log in, you might
try the following:

***Disclaimer - if you don't know how to use the registry editor, you can
really mess up your machine to the point where it needs to be reinstalled.
Make sure your backups are up to date and Always back up the items before
deleting so that they can be restored if necessary***

Create a system restore point (just in case). Detailed instructions
available in the built in help.

Log on as the power user
Check the Start->Programs->Startup for any reference to the Asus motherboard
monitoring stuff and remove as necessary.
Check under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run,
RunOnce, RunService, etc for values mentioning that dll.
Back the value(s) up (select it, then click File->Export)
Remove the value(s).

Log on as the admin account
Check under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, RunOnce,
RunService, etc for values mentioning that dll.
Create the entry in the same location, except under HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
Back the original entry up (select it, then click File->Export)
Remove the entry from the tree under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, etc.

When you are done, that should leave you with access to the motherboard
monitoring as an admin and prevent the monitoring utility from trying to run
when it does not have rights to.
