I have just had a Trojan intrusion on XP Home, in spite of up to date system
security & NAV/ Norton Personal Firewall (via mssql7 I think). Scanning with
Norton can't see the problem.
One of the things that the Trojan appears to have done is disable my ability
to use
system restore (not surprisingly), even on 'restores' that were OK
previously (there are 54 restore folders) - is it possible to re-enable this
function (it actually attempts
to run/ shuts down/ restarts/ and then says 'unable to restore')?
TIA
Stewart
