SP1 install

I've tried deleting & renaming the Catroot2 folder and
still cannot get SP1 to install. I also cannot get IE6
SP1 to install. I tried that first. THere seems to ba a
lot if this going around. Is there an issue with one of
MS patches? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
