Greetings --

    A word of caution here: If you lack the basic knowledge to
remember a password, to look in your motherboard's manual to learn how
to reset the BIOS passwords, or that a PC's OS is completely
irrelevant to it's BIOS, you are definitely, most emphatically, _not_
knowledgeable enough to try overclocking. You stand a good chance of
destroying your motherboard and/or CPU on your first attempt. I
suggest you go back to studying, and learn quite a bit more about
operating and maintaining PCs in general before you start
experimenting.
