I created a workgroup, mshome, and I can see the
workgroup in network neighbourhood. My problem is that
when I try to browse in to the workgroup I get following
message(translated from swedish):

"Mshome is not available. Maybe you do not have
privileges to use this resource. Ask the servers
administrator for help. For decrypting this file a newer
system is required."

I am using Xp home. The network has connection. The other
pc does answer on ping´s from Xp, my XP does not answer
on ping's from the other pc or called from it self, it
times out.

Can anyone help me with this?

"Mshome är inte tillgänglig. Kanske har du inte
behörighet att använda den här resursen. Be serverns
administratör om hjälp.
För att kunna dekryptera den här filen krävs ett nyare
system"
