Explorer slow down after DL

On Friday 3-21-03 I installed updates (all are listed below,) and now while
using explorer or other internet programs I have a delay. For instance; I
have a mouse with scroll, and when I scroll up or down a page the page
scroll happens after and not simultaneously with the action. Another delay
problem is clicking from one open window to another, and left clicking on
the mouse to access short-cut menu. On the other hand the on-screen pointer
moves without delay. There are more similar inconvenient problems but I
believe they are all derived from one of the downloads.

Here is the list of downloads. All were from Microsoft web, all were
installed successfully. Here is the MS web page which lists all past
