For downloading its in User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows
Components, Internet Explorer, Browser Menus, Disable Save this program to
Disk.

Installs are pretty much covered under Computer Configuration,
Administrative Templates, Windows Components, Windows Installer.

As I said before, you'll have to do some exploring to find all the options
that can be enforced.
