If you haven't yet overwritten the space where your now deleted profile's
remains are living in their deleted state, then you may be able to undelete
the files you want back with some 3rd party undeleting software. Norton
Utilities has an unerase wizard that may work. There's also a program from
Executive Software called Undelete 3.0 (
http://consumer.execsoft.com/undelete/undelete.asp?RId=1 ) which I've used
to recover a deleted user profile. The longer you continue to use the system
the less likely you'll be able to recover what's been deleted. If you are
able to recover your deleted profile, you'll then be faced with the task of
finding the files that constituted your email and contact stores. Their
location depends on what program you were using for email.
