Jeff L.,
Do not delete this file, a customer of mine recieved the
same version of the e-mail stating that it was a virus
and need to be deleted immediately. This is Microsoft
Java Debug Manager and on later Systems (Believe 98 and
Above) it is required to run the system, upon my customer
deleting this file windows halted upon Load up (Now
Starting Windows 98) and would not continue past that
point. I Highly Recommend against Deleting this file.
If you still have Doubts i would definately recomend
scanning your computer for virus's before deleting
anything.
