Recovering Registry

Ok, please take note: I have tried it all! Obviously I
have run system restore. Again this is a question of how
to access the protected and hidden System Volume
Information folder togain access to previous restore
points when the standard path of changing the folder
attributes does not work. I appreciate any replies that
might be helpfull.
