HELP

I have forgotten or misspelled my user name (not my
password) or worse through my recent use of remote
desktop I have been hacked. I read where in an effort to
be more secure using remote desktop and when on the
internet should not be in administratior mode. So I
attemped to set up two users one for the admin and one
for use. However now I am unable to rember or somthing
the user name I used for the admin mode. Is there a way
to display the user names currently on the computer? I
have looked in the control pannel under user accounts and
attempted to log off and switch users but that option is
not available? HELP.
