Actually, when he's logs on locally using the local acct that he created at
startup (not the "Administrator" acct) he's able to install drivers. But
tomorrow I'll log on w/ my acct which is a dom adm and go from there.

What I would suggest is trying the install with a
different admin account (not the Administrator
account) in order to see if this is a systemic problem
or one isolated to his account.
