Blocking them will not cure the problem. You definitely have spyware
installed on your PC. Culprits such as Common Name Toolbar will change your
favorites to point to their site. In fact, even trying to uninstall their
programs redircet you to their site. What you need to do is run Ad Aware or
Spybot. If you know nothing about spyware go here and read as much as you
can. http://www.spywareinfo.com/
Be warned that Ad Aware had a problem removing NewDotNet, Common Name
Toolbar and webhancer 3000, it will also kill your internet connection.
Apparently this problem has been solved, but if you scan and see one of
those 3 listed, i would rely on Spybot to destroy them.
Get Ad Aware here http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
Get Spybot here http://spybot.safer-networking.de/
Make sure you update both programs before scanning and let it rip.
Good Luck!
