Problems loading windows web sites HELP!

I have problems number 1, loading hotmail, messenger etc,
i can enter my user name, my password, and as soon as i
hit "ok" it goes to the cant display page, on messenger
and msn explorer, when i do the same it goes to
2...3...4th attempt and wont sign in.
When i try to use windows update there are also issues,
it says due to active x the page cant be loaded properly,
now i enabled all active x, tyred just about everything
but nothing works, that includes enabling ssl, 1 and 2,
and still to use, it wont work,......its gettin to be a
serious pain as i can only open my email at work, someone
please help me out, email me if you have any advice,
