Hiding Username from XP Professional Unlock Screen

I've determined how to "Restrict Showing the Last
Username" on the Logon Screen.

Anybody know how to do something similar when the
computer has been locked. The "Unlock Screen" indicates
the users who can unlock the computer,
i.e. ...DOMAIN\Username or an administrator...
