Yesterday I deleted my Linux partition and moved it into my c: which
held my WinXP. The problem that came about after that was I forgot
that when my computer Boots it runs the Linux LILO program and doesn't
look for the WinXP Boot files. Now my problem is I can't load into my
computer since it's a Boot-up error. I've been trying to use the WinXP
Recovery Console but it asks for the Admin password and the only
account is an Admin account but it doesn't have a password. I've tried
pressing enter while it's blank and it claims that it's a wrong
password so it must be falling back on a default. Catch is I need that
password or the Recovery Console won't work (most likely for security
reasons). I'm running WinXP Pro with SP1.
If I can't get it to work, then what would happen if I did a Parallel
install of WinXP? Would I have to be careful at some point so I don't
format the HD? Does anyone know the steps involved?
Thanx in advance
